What You Have Enrolled In

FNH Foundations is a professional training programme in Applied Functional Neurology. It is the entry point into the FNH Institute's practitioner pathway — a structured, lineage-based system created by Nick Moss.

Your enrolment includes immediate access to 130+ self-paced modules, the FNH digital library, manual PDF downloads, the Foundations Community, and two live mentoring calls per week. You have a 12-month window to complete the Foundations Exam.

What Foundations is not

Foundations is not full FNH certification. It does not confer insurance eligibility for the FNH modality, nor does it grant access to the NeuroPro Mastery Programme. These are separate pathways available by application.

Your Practitioner Designation

The FNH Institute uses a three-tier designation structure. Your designation reflects where you are in the pathway — not your worth as a practitioner.

Using a designation you have not yet earned — or implying a higher level of certification than you hold — is a breach of this agreement.

Access and Duration

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete the Foundations Exam. Once you pass, your access to programme materials continues on an ongoing basis, contingent on remaining a practitioner in good standing and maintaining alignment with the FNH Licensing Agreement.

Ongoing access is not unconditional. It reflects a continuing professional relationship — not a one-time transaction.

Lineage and Attribution

Functional Neuro Health is a lineage-based modality created by Nick Moss. When you train here, you are entering that lineage — and with that comes the responsibility to represent it accurately.

Most practitioners list Functional Neuro Health the same way they would any other modality — on their website, in their bio, or in their clinic profile. If you post about your work on Instagram, tagging @functionalneurohealth is a natural way to connect your practice to the broader FNH community.

The approved wording for your website or bio:

Once you pass the Foundations Exam, you'll be eligible for listing on the FNH Practitioner Finder — a public directory where clients and other practitioners can find you by location and modality. Correct attribution is a requirement for listing. As time goes on, increasing levels of traffic will be directed at that page.

Please do not omit FNH while listing other teachers or influences. Do not imply the methods are self-created. Do not rebrand or distort the origin of what you have learned here. We would expect the same from anyone else you have learned from, not just FNH.

Intellectual Property

All FNH programme content — videos, frameworks, diagrams, clinical protocols, assessments, language, and sequencing — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nick Moss and the FNH Institute.

As a student, you are licensed to learn from and apply this material in your own clinical practice. You are not licensed to teach it, replicate it, publish it, or incorporate it into your own system or methodology as a student.

This is not an unusual standard. It is the same standard that applies to any professional training programme with a proprietary methodology. We trust you to honour it.

If this is breached

Misuse of FNH intellectual property may result in immediate revocation of access, denial or revocation of practitioner designation, removal from the Practitioner Finder, and where necessary, formal legal action under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). FNH Institute actively monitors for unauthorised use of its content.

Community and Conduct

The Foundations Community is a private, professional space. We assume you will conduct yourself accordingly — because you are a professional, and because the quality of this community depends on everyone in it.

Communicate with respect. Bring your clinical observations and questions. Engage seriously with the material. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not.

Communication structure

For administrative matters — enrolment, access, scheduling — contact Member Support at [email protected]. Clinical and learning questions belong in the community or on calls. This structure exists so that support reaches you efficiently and nothing falls through the gaps.

Confidentiality

What is shared in this community stays here. Case discussions, clinical insights, and peer conversations are shared in confidence. Treat them accordingly.

Payment and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Before purchasing, you were given full access to the programme details, overview video, FAQ, and the opportunity to contact us with questions. By completing your purchase, you confirmed that the programme was appropriate for your needs.

If you selected a payment plan, you entered a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to access the programme.

The only exception to the no-refund policy is a verified technical access failure that cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase. In that case, a refund may be requested in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Programme Updates and Continuity

FNH Institute may update course content, structure, assessment standards, and conduct expectations over time. These updates reflect the evolution of the methodology and apply to all students. We communicate changes clearly and in advance wherever possible.

In the unlikely event that a programme is discontinued, access ends automatically. Whilst no refund is payable solely on the basis of programme discontinuation or restructuring, FNH will always endeavour to look after students wherever possible in such circumstances.
