2026 Cohort — EnrolledYou're in — FNH Foundations 2026
I think this will turn out to be one of the more prudent and insightful decisions you've made around professional development — especially if you want to get better results and have more impact in your practice. This page is your orientation. Read it once, bookmark it, and come back whenever you need to reorient.
Welcome. I mean that genuinely. You've made a decision that a lot of practitioners think about for a long time before they act on — and the fact that you're here means you're ready to do something different with the cases that have been sitting with you. That's worth acknowledging. What you're about to learn will change how you see the nervous system, how you assess, and how you think in the clinic. It takes work. It's also going to be worth it.

Your First Week
Go to your Kajabi library and click on the Foundations programme. This is where all your content lives — lectures, demonstrations, masterclasses, and your exam. Bookmark it. Keep it open in a dedicated tab on your computer.
Open Foundations Programme →Click 'Learning Materials' inside the programme. Download the manual PDF and the slides to your computer. The slides are the most up-to-date version of the content — reference them alongside each lecture. Do not share these materials — they are proprietary.
The slides are a large PDF hosted on Google Drive — click the link inside Kajabi and it will open there for download.
Go to Learning Materials →Open the Foundations Community in a second tab next to your programme. Introduce yourself — this is where a lot of the action happens. Ask questions here at any time, tag Nick or your mentor, and connect with other practitioners in the cohort.
Phone is fine for the community and for watching lectures. For the live mentoring calls, use a laptop or desktop for the best experience.
Open the Foundations Community →Kajabi is the learning platform that hosts your entire Foundations programme — all your modules, your manual downloads, the Foundations Community, and the live call room. Think of it as your private online campus. Download the Kajabi app for access on your phone — you'll also receive automated call reminders through the app. No setup needed.
Call reminders go out via email and app. You'll get a join link at call time. Nothing to set up manually.

Inside the Programme
The programme is structured to follow the PEACE clinical process — start at the beginning and work through in sequence. Introductory lectures first, then baseline assessments, then beginning procedures, then corrections. Each section builds on the last. Don't jump ahead — the sequence is intentional.
The early modules cover baseline assessments and muscle testing. If muscle testing is new for you, work through that module carefully — it's a reference you'll return to. If you already have it, keep moving. Aim to reach the beginning procedures (lymphatic work, vagus nerve corrections) within your first 1–3 weeks. That section alone is powerful clinical work.
Two calls per week — Tuesdays 9:00 AM AEST and Thursdays 6:00 PM AEST. These run inside the Foundations programme itself. You'll receive automated email and app reminders with a join link at call time. The calls are run by experienced FNH mentors. Jump on as many as you can, especially early on — sometimes you don't know what you don't know.

The Framework
Everything in Foundations is built around two core frameworks. Understanding these early will make the rest of the programme click much faster. There's a full community lecture on this — read it before you start Module 1.
Your Cohort
This is where a lot of the action happens. The Foundations Community is private — Foundations practitioners only. When you arrive, introduce yourself. Ask questions as you go through the material. Tag your mentor or tag me if you need a specific answer.
The community is also where call reminders go out — you'll see the meetups listed in the right-hand panel with the join link ready to go.
Technical questions about the content go in the community or on the calls — not via email. For administration (billing, access issues), contact Jade at [email protected].
Open the Community →You're Not Alone
We have a lot of support built into this programme. Between all of it, people have found it quite a pleasant learning experience.
2× weekly live mentoring calls
Tuesdays 9:00 AM AEST · Thursdays 6:00 PM AEST. Run by experienced FNH mentors inside the Foundations programme. Automated reminders via email and app.
Foundations Community
Ask questions, tag your mentor, connect with other practitioners. Active and monitored. Primary channel for content questions.
130+ modules, lectures & demonstrations
Self-paced. Pause, rewatch, revisit. Designed to be referenced repeatedly as you apply it in clinic.
Manual & slides
The manual is your clinical reference. The slides are the most up-to-date version of the content — download both and keep them accessible.
Mentor team
Practitioners who have been through the FNH system for years. They can guide you through any sticking points on the calls or in the community.
Administration support
For billing, access issues, or anything administrative — contact Jade at [email protected]. Content questions go in the community, not email.
A note on Nick's role in Foundations: Nick is the programme architect and teaches through the video curriculum — the system, the clinical reasoning, the frameworks. The weekly mentoring calls are hosted by trained FNH mentors and senior practitioners who know the material deeply. For direct 1:1 access to Nick outside of the programme community, that's what the Neuro Pro Mastery Programme is designed for. You're in excellent hands at every level.
Your Timeline
It varies — and that's the honest answer. We've had practitioners get the system down in a few weeks and start getting results in clinic almost immediately. The real variable isn't the material. It's how much you apply it in clinic. The more you use it, the faster it clicks.
Fast-track
6–12 weeks
Hard chargers who dive in and apply it immediately in clinic
Average
3–6 months
Busy practitioners with 4–8 hours of study per week
Access window

From enrolment to exam — plenty of time for everyone
Once you pass the exam, you retain ongoing access to all content for as long as you remain a current FNH practitioner.
The Bigger Picture
Once you've passed the Foundations Exam, you become an FNH Foundations Practitioner — listed on the Practitioner Finder on the FNH Institute website. That's a real designation. You can represent yourself as a Foundations-qualified practitioner.
The next level is the full NeuroPro Mastery Programme — deeper clinical work, more in-depth mentoring, and the pathway to full FNH certification. Full certification enables you to claim insurance for the FNH modality and represent yourself as a Certified Functional Neuro Health Practitioner.
Mastery is by application only. Focus on Foundations first. Get the system in your mind. The rest will follow.
Community Standards
The Foundations Community is a private, professional space. The standard of practice we hold in clinic is the standard we hold here. These guidelines exist to protect the quality of the learning environment for everyone.
This is a community of practitioners. Communicate as you would with a colleague. Disagreement is welcome — disrespect is not. Emotional regulation is part of the work.
Apply what you learn with honesty. Do not represent FNH methods as your own system or teach the material to others. You are here to learn and integrate — not to replicate.
Functional Neuro Health was created by Nick Moss. If you publicly reference your training, attribute it correctly: 'Trained in Functional Neuro Health under Nick Moss.' That is Integral Practice.
For administrative matters — enrolment, access, scheduling — contact Member Support on [email protected]. Clinical and learning questions belong in the community or on calls.
What is shared in this community stays here. Case discussions, clinical insights, and peer conversations are shared in confidence. Treat them accordingly.
You are here because you want to become a better practitioner. Bring that intention to every interaction. Ask questions, share your clinical observations, and engage with the material seriously.
The full Student Agreement — covering IP, certification standards, conduct expectations, and lineage obligations — is available to read in full below.
Read the Full Student Agreement →You will never look at human beings in the same way, at yourself in the same way, or your practice in the same way. We've done the heavy lifting. Just follow the process.
I look forward to seeing you on the calls and empowering you with this knowledge. Thank you, and enjoy the learning.
